Operator inputs and output dependency
Outputs generated by AXIS BLUE depend on data entered, captured, scanned, uploaded, or transmitted by users, devices, and connected systems. AXIS BLUE does not represent or warrant the completeness, accuracy, authenticity, timeliness, or legal sufficiency of any input or resulting output.
The deploying organization is solely responsible for supervision, training, validation, interpretation, and downstream use of outputs, including decisions made using reports, classifications, or summaries.
AI-assisted functions
AXIS BLUE may include model-assisted features used for classification, extraction, summarization, search, or operational assistance. These features may rely on probabilistic systems and contextual data and may produce incomplete, inconsistent, or incorrect outputs.
AI-assisted outputs are provided for operational support only and do not constitute authoritative determinations of identity, compliance, truth, or legal status. All material decisions remain the responsibility of the deploying organization and its designated operators.
Public Run and Internal Run limitations
AXIS BLUE may expose different capabilities across public-facing and restricted operational environments. Public Run interfaces may provide limited, redacted, or scoped functionality relative to internal or administrative environments.
Differences in access, visibility, and processing may result in variations in outputs, timing, or available data. No guarantee is made that any interface reflects complete or final system state at all times.
Evidence handling and integrity
AXIS BLUE may apply timestamps, sequencing, capture controls, and workflow gates to support operational integrity. These controls are intended to reduce risk but do not prevent manipulation, omission, error, loss, or misinterpretation.
Evidence may remain local, be synchronized, be partially uploaded, or be processed through infrastructure depending on configuration. AXIS BLUE does not guarantee that evidence will be retained, preserved, synchronized, or recoverable unless explicitly defined in a specific workflow or agreement.
Infrastructure and platform operation
AXIS BLUE operates through a combination of AXIS-developed platform components, project environments, demo environments, and supporting infrastructure.
Availability, performance, synchronization, and access may vary based on platform state, configuration, network conditions, device conditions, maintenance activity, or service interruption.
Security limitations
AXIS BLUE may implement security controls such as encryption, authentication, access restrictions, monitoring, and audit logging. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
AXIS BLUE does not warrant protection against all unauthorized access, data loss, misuse, or security incidents. Security depends on proper configuration, user behavior, infrastructure conditions, and external factors.
Availability and operational conditions
Platform functionality may be affected by network availability, device limitations, battery conditions, storage capacity, permissions, browser behavior, or environmental factors. Interruptions, delays, or degraded performance may occur at any time without notice.
Not a legal, compliance, or advisory system
AXIS BLUE is not a legal advisory system, compliance determination engine, regulatory authority, employment decision tool, or litigation support system. Any use of outputs in legal, regulatory, employment, or disciplinary contexts is at the sole risk and responsibility of the deploying organization and its advisors.
Limitation of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AXIS BLUE is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AXIS BLUE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity arising from or related to the use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This Disclaimer may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the platform, infrastructure, or operating model. Updates become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
